Hi. Iā€™m Jessi.

I love to see people grow, change and heal and come into more fullness and connection within themselves, their lives and relationships. I believe for all of us healing and growth is a lifelong process. I have my own experiences of pain and grief, of listening to voices that have kept me disconnected and confused. I am on my own continual journey of deepening my own healing, belonging and connection in my life. And I would be honored to journey with you in discovering and deepening yours.

I integrate from a variety of approaches and theories including relational psychotherapy, trauma-informed and attachment-based theory, parts work, coaching and somatic body awareness. Which basically means that I believe you hold wisdom and inner knowing in your body, intuition, mind and story, and trust in the power of making time and space to listen within, while having a compassionate and caring witness and companion. While I have professional training and various tools, you and the relationship we create together is central, not my approach. I aim to create a caring relationship with you, inviting you to be an active part of the process. Together, we will begin where you are.

My style is spacious, creative and centered on what you want to explore in your life while drawing from the strengths and gifts you already possess. As both a trained coach and a therapist, I can support you to tend both your inner and outer worlds, to weave your way into more healing, wholeness and belonging.

You are welcome as you are.

Within each of us all are multiple identities, stories and ways of being that in a more beautiful world, we would have more freedom to express and be and become. I believe that we are all deeply interconnected, and that who we are and are becoming is continually shaped by multiple factors, including our family history, personal narrative, how we are in our bodies, and the greater cultural story at play. These factors and stories have both resourced and harmed us in unique ways. Getting to know these parts of you and your story is welcome and invited on your healing journey.

I live and work on the ancestral homelands of the Coast Salish people and identify as a cisgender, straight, thin-privileged, and European-descendant white woman. I go by she/her pronouns.
